Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms carry the meanings set out below:

VIP Program Terms

fk888's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The cashback benefits for each tier are as follows:

• Bronze: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%.
• Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%.
• Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a Member's activity and participation. fk888 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits.

Permitted Use

When using the fk888 platform, Members are required to follow the rules below:

• The platform must be used for lawful and personal entertainment purposes only.
• Accessing or interfering with another Member's account is not permitted.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's technical security measures is prohibited.
• The use of robots, bots, scripts, or automated software is not permitted.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Collusion — multiple players working together to influence the outcome of a game.
• Money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
• Use of a false identity or forged documents.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Aggressive, obscene, or threatening behaviour towards the platform.

Ownership Acknowledgement

Limited Licence

fk888 may close or suspend an account without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing false information.

Valid and withdrawable balances are generally refunded, unless they are connected to any prohibited activity.
